Who is responsible

MediaPixels is the controller of the personal data described on this page. For any question, correction or deletion request, write to hello@mediapixelstudios.com. A person answers.

What we collect

Only what you send through the contact form. Required: name and email. Optional: company, phone or WhatsApp, current website, services of interest, project description, timeline and approximate budget. Technical: the page of the site the form was sent from. We do not buy data, enrich it from other sources or profile you, and there are no advertising pixels on this site.

What we measure

If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, from which country and device type, where visits come from and how many people send the form. We don't use it for advertising or to identify you. If you reject cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the footer. Our hosting provider also creates technical server logs (such as IP address and the page requested) for security.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and, if the project goes ahead, to prepare a plan, a timeline and a quote. That is the only use. The legal basis is your own request. If a contract follows, the data is used to perform it.

Who else sees it

We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising. These processors handle it on our behalf:

• Hostinger: Hosts the site and runs the email we use to receive and answer your request.
• Google (Google Analytics 4): Measures site usage only if you accept cookies. Data may be processed in the United States.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries without a project: Deleted from our inbox and email twelve months after the last message we exchange.
• Active projects: Kept for the duration of the project, then for as long as legal and tax obligations require.
• Earlier deletion: On request, with no reason required.

Cookies

We only use Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*), and only if you accept them in the notice. They last up to 2 years. We store your choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. If you reject or withdraw consent, they are not set or are removed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@mediapixelstudios.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If this page changes, the date above changes with it.
